Reading is racist and the white man's folly. Those that can read and continue to impose grammar and reading requirements on others are simply asserting their white privilege. Lots of our niggas do just fine without the white man's reading lessons.

passing to next grade should be once you achieve a level of ability to succeed in next grade
keep kids behind a year...if they still fail...put them in another school becaue too much age difference is disruptive to them and the others

get Jesus back into the culture and they will be saved in this life and the next...keep the pc victim marality religion and they will be destroyed in this life and the next
