get ready for MORE taxes; direct and indirect

Biden's $3 TRILLION dollars infrastructure plan...

No increased federal gas tax
No increased mileage tax

Instead, they are going to tax the shit out of the "rich" (yet to be defined) and corporations...which will increase the cost of doing business...which will likely effect employment (not in a good way)...and will increase the cost of goods/services...and YOU pay for it in the end

Once again, the lower and middle class will pay for the punishment of the wealthy and corporations.

I don't want to hear any bitching from anyone. You asked for this. You're gonna get it.

Way to go Democrats

I used to be against raising taxes on anyone. I knew the government wastes at least 50% of what they spend and that higher taxes always end up screwing the middle class and working poor. But now I fully support a 80% tax on any income over $10 million, including stock options and corporate benefits.

Fuck the rich. They all support libs and then have their lawyers and lobbyists derail any legislation that hurts them.

Get a wealth tax too. Anything over $1 billion gets taxes at 50%. Fuck these libs. Fuck em hard.

I don't disagree in theory, but it's naive and idealistic. Apple/MS/Google/Amazon/etc may be libtard but I guarantee you that they will influence the tax policy so they can escape. In the end, the poor and middle class will always pay the invisible taxes through increased prices due to the increased cost of doing business.

The best things we have in this country are paid for with tax dollars. Higher taxation is completely reasonable.

Right. All good on paper, but the rich never pay. They hire the best lawyers and accountants to find ways around taxes. The rest of us get screwed

Grow a pair of balls and stop filing. The odds are in your favor. You'll get a bunch of form letters from some computer system at the IRS but they don't have the resources or manpower to deal with every person who decides to opt out of the socialist paradise that these kikes are determined to impose upon us from Washington, DC.

And when you move to a new place, whatever you do, don't ever fill out that Postal Service Change-of-Address form. That's the form that goes back to the IRS so that they can track your new address and send you more form letters.

What you have to keep in mind is that the Federal government today is filled with a lot of parasites. Niggers, Jews, etc. Lazy, entitled, arrogant. They're just there to collect the Federal bennies that they feel they're "owed" for however whitey offended them at some point in the last 2,000 years.

Fuck 'em.

A note to the youngins on this site: this is not the best advice. Yes, there is a little bit of truth in regards to waste and parasites feeding off the govt tit. But that computer-generated AI at the IRS is smarter than you are and will eventually get you. Best case scenario if you dodge taxes is that the computer generates a letter that gets sent to a collection agency and then your credit is fucked up.

You have been warned.

First of all .... this isn't tax advice. It is - however - a realistic assessment of the situation.

The idea that the IRS has intelligent "AI" is like saying that the niggers have built a spaceship that's ready to blast off to Mars from Wakanda.

The big problem they have is this: There are something like 30 million illegal aliens running around this country, none of whom file and pay taxes. So at this point, it's become impossible for the IRS to track anyone. Much less everyone.

Now, if you're a "someone," a "high value" target, they will come after you because they have to rule by fear and make an example out of people every once in a while. So they can get a media story about it and see themselves on TV. That's how corrupt and lazy Washington, DC is.

But for the most part they're just very do-nothings who have zero incentive to try to track down every Juan, DeShawn, and Wang Dong who decide not to file or pay tribute to Washington, DC. Then add in Covid and it's like who gives a fuck?

Do you really think that any of these foreigners that you see in Fairfax County - and it's full of them - are sending their money to the IRS?

Gimme a fucking break.

The IRS can go back 8 years. Their system alerts them if you owe taxes. You are right, it's not worth the time/effort to pursue someone who owes a few hundred bucks. But we don't know the threshold. And, it's computer generated.

My advice is to not take the chance.

Budget cuts and a significant drop in Special Agents that investigate criminal tax crimes has led the IRS to use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to uncover criminal tax activities. In a recent webcast hosted by the American Bar Association, the IRS revealed that research and investigative techniques that used to take weeks or months may now be accomplished in minutes with technology the IRS is rolling out to detect taxpayer noncompliance.

These computer tools are able to detect fraud, identity theft, money laundering and hidden assets that Revenue Agents and Special Agents typically look for manually. The speed and sophistication of these computer data mining programs has greatly increased the IRS’ efficiency.

The program started with the signing of a seven-year, $99 million deal with Palantir Technologies this past September. The project uses machine learning algorithms and artificial intelligence to examine and analyze filed tax returns, bank reports, property records and social media posts. It analyzes various patterns of conduct and activities that might indicate noncompliance.

What a fucking load of shit.

Forty years ago the IRS relied heavily on in person audits to insure compliance with the revenue laws. If you were Joe Average you had about a 2% chance of getting selected at random for an audit. The odds went up depending on the type of income you had and other factors, including whether the IRS had adjusted your tax on a previous audit. Many companies in the U.S. had teams of IRS agents working them out of their own offices. When IRS agents were on cases they were instructed to be on the lookout for and report instances where there was the potential for violation of revenue laws by other taxpayers. In those days the IRS loved to feed stories to the news media about how they had nailed "average" taxpayers as a tool to encourage compliance.

For example, an IRS agent called a taxpayer in to verify charitable deductions. Part of the audit required the taxpayer to bring in her check register and checks for the year. In looking through these the agent discovered the taxpayer wasn't paying taxes on household help, and that three individuals were not reporting the taxes on the income they received from that one taxpayer. This pissed off one of the people caught who in turn ratted out some of her neighbors who were doing cash only business.

The problem is that it all worked TOO well. Ronald Reagan declared the IRS Public Enemy Number 1 and GOP politicians ran on platforms that included shutting the IRS down. Personnel were slashed and compliance audits went way down. To compensate for this the IRS was encouraged to adopt technological solutions to ferret out tax avoidance. Sure it is easier to adjust a tax return based on a 1099 than it is to send out an agent. However tax cheats, large and small, simply adjusted how they did business to avoid those 1099 requirements. Without those bodies on the ground sniffing around, many of these schemes go undetected, despite whatever BS the IRS tries to push at ABA meetings.

30% permanent Tax Cuts for Corporations = good
55 top US corporations pay $0 or less fed tax = good

repairing roads and bridges = very bad.

The current income tax on individuals in this country is a joke. Different people can have the same income and yet pay differing amounts of tax, or in some cases no tax, based on the type of income they receive. Remember the evil old days, pre-Trump tax act, where the 1040 was two pages long. Now the simplified version is two pages long plus four additional schedules.
