ODs are way up as well. Just like the last time payments went out.

All of the actual poor people that arrived here from Africa and are working their asses off are wondering how bad off our negros are to be spending gov't windfalls on drugs, video games and dildos. It makes them think perhaps they aren't telling the truth...or maybe don't REALLY need it.
