Top 5 Local Bands in NoVA

I'm looking to open a music venue with short notice. It's going to be in a property that's been vacant off of Lee Highay in Fairfax. I'm working to obtain a food-service licences and entertainment licenses as we speak. I'm told that a liquor license will take some time I have no experience in the music industry - other than knowing good music when i hear it. I'm desparately looking for reccomendations on the top 5 local bands. Please provide recs along with (a) Band Name, Genre and Home Town. To draw business, my plan is to have a rotation of bands. Finally, if you are in a band I'd like to get a sense of how much you're compensated.
