Laundromats of Fairfax

Washing machine in my building is broken and I have at least 4 loads of laundry to do. What is a good laundromat in Fairfax?

Hailey’s. Next door to Mary’s Chicken and the Citgo at Fairfax Circle. Behind the old Arthur Treachers. The parking lot is packed over the lunch hour with the beaners. The blacks like to hang out at the dumpster area and drink, smoke, and argue.

Very clean facility. Machines are in good working order. Change machine. Multiple sizes of machines, including some enormous ones. Just don’t go over lunch.

For blankets, towels and heavy loads I go to the one in Springfield on commerce st. near Fast Eddies. Good machines and clean. Mega wash and dryer will run about $15.00

How big are the machines? I have a heavy down sleeping bag that I need to wash.

You could wash 4 of your sleeping bags with the mega wash machine they have. I go there every now and then because I dont have a huge washing machine at my house and dont like overloading it.

Big things like area rugs and sleeping bags are too big for any home washing machine. It's perfectly acceptable to take them to the laundry mat.

Trump was banned from laundromats.

While you are getting your laundry done, you could pop over to Arthur Treachers and get a delicious lunch.

I heard some politician found a pubic hair in his coke there. Or was that Long John Silvers?

Good recommendation for Haileys. They have supersize machines for comforters and bedding too. The chicken place next door is now called Choong Man Chicken. That’s not a joke.

There's a laundromat in Annandale in the same shopping center as Giant Food, between Route 236 and Columbia Pike. Two decent-size loads of wash and dry will set you back around $9-$10. As long as you don't mind all the TV's are set to Spanish-speaking channels, you should be OK.

That is exactly the reason why having a personal washing machine was on my priority list when moving to a new place. I hate these situations when a common machine in the building breaks. You never know who is responsible and who needs to pay. One time our building administrator made us pay for cleaning services from https://brightexteriorcleaning.com/ just because we couldn’t pinpoint who broke a cleaning machine. It’s just annoying, and I just made my mind upon the fact that I need to get a studio just for me. I worked hard to get where I am now, so it’s all my merit.

Sooo-o-o-o-o-o-o-oooooooooooo

Hie-de-ho!
Off we go!
25 miles away!
We'll shoot the gun!
We'll have some fun!
Mexican Laundry Day!

(duh-duh-duh-duh-nah)

In Mexico,
The people know,
The good old fashioned way.
And so they go,
To Idaho,
To dance and sing and play.
So if you know,
Which way to go,
Then you can truly say:
We're on the run!
WE'RE HAVING FIN!
MEXICAN LAUNDRY DAY!

REFRAIN

It's Mexican, Mexican, Mexican, Mexican
Mexican Laundry Day.
Don't ever run;
From having fun!
Mexican Laundry Day!
