* non-military constitutional enforcing excluded

* no politically appointed persons are allowed on the floor

* no "a nigger counted behind closed doors" congress allowed on floor

* NO PERSONS CLAIMING TO BE ELECTED WHO RAN AGAINST A PUPPET

* no illegal alien vote members allowed on floor UNTIL SUCH TIME SUCH TIME it is deemed legal for a foreign military person without "a real name" who might have 3 names is allowed to hold office: they are not. (pelosi CA paassed a law making it illegal for voters to find out a hispanic ruler's real name - believe it or not)

THE US MILITARY MUST ENFORCE THE CONSTITUTION, even if it means occupying chairs that must be occupied (such as taxation and military funds duties that must constitutionally be furnished)

the constituion says electors MUST NOT BE EMPLOYEES OF POLITICIANS AND THAT ELECTORS, NOT POLITICIANS, DECIDE the state's fate. it does not tolerate a 13:0 suspcious slant in every state, which is obvious political tampering that never represented the composure of either the people, the business, or the militas. 13:0 is a smell on my foot.

20% of all of Congress were appointed

5% ran against a puppet: they bled the area dry shot killed or impoverished all opposition, paid a puppet who got nearly no votes to run against. happened frequently in VA and it was mostly democrats: but not wholey

17th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution in force since 1919

"When vacancies happen in the representation of any State in the Senate, the executive authority of such State shall issue writs of election to fill such vacancies: Provided, That the legislature of any State may empower the executive thereof to make temporary appointments until the people fill the vacancies by election as the legislature may direct."

25th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution in force since 1967

"Whenever there is a vacancy in the office of the Vice President, the President shall nominate a Vice President who shall take office upon confirmation by a majority vote of both Houses of Congress."

So both Senators and the Vice President can be appointed.
