Is behind the wheel drivers ed even required for immigrants? It doesn't seem like it based on my observations

I've noticed drivers are just more reckless in general since covid. Maybe people are all stressed out from the lockdown and the masks, maybe people think they wont get pulled over, I don't know exactly what it is. But it is noticeable, and it doesn't seem to be based on gender or race either.

Certainly you have a point about overall worse driving during COVID.

As far as the gooks and the shithole country people driving horribly...there is no real driver's ed for them. The way the DMV works now is driving schools can certify new drivers. So Ding Dang signs up for "Mr. Ho's best driving school ever" and spends a few weeks learning how to fuck up the beltway driving only in the left lane and then gets turned loose.
