When a good friend of mine died he had left instructions, no long drawn out funeral, nobody forced to give speeches and everyone dress casual. That is exactly what we gave him. I know he would have appreciated it.

When you sign up for Army/Marines during a war, or any combat-ready unit, you are just gambling to have your mind all fucked up by the time you are out. Odds are against you. Another note. If we were attacked by Iraq, I guarantee people would utilize their second amendment rights and all fight for this country. Lets look back to the revolutionary war. It refers to a military force composed of ordinary citizens who will provide defense, emergency law enforcement, or paramilitary service, in times of emergency without being paid a regular salary or committed to a fixed term of service.

Admittedly, I should have proofread before I posted. But your comment about a run-on sentence is misplaced. Some of the greatest passages in literature ever written were "run-on" sentences. The criticism is stylistic, not rule-based.

I promise you...we are not the same person. If you were intelligent enough, as you say you are, you would look at the various differences in our thoughts and how we put them down on "paper". You didn't learn that in college? You lack critical thinking skills and I feel sorry for you. Your professors should have taught you how to think. Instead, you learned what to think. I recommend starting with a simple definition...
