Check out Regent's park right across the street it's closer to the metro and a nice place. Maintenance staff was very responsive when I lived there. There's also even newer condos/apts they built a year or two ago there carmel or something like that, that are a little more expensive.

Circle Towers made a big deal when they renovated the whole place, but a lot of apartment complexes like to repaint the walls and put some new furniture in the lobby and call it a complete renovation.

According to the consensus on Apartment Ratings, you will share your place with some friendly roaches.

Yeah, those were originally supposed to be condos, but at the last minute they converted them to apartments. Pretty nice place, they had a lot of move in specials, I don't know if they have any current promotions.

Yeah they were offering 40 inch lcd tvs with purchase but the rent was like 1600 a month. I pay less than that for a mortgage!

I just moved here and it's not too bad. Its a good option if you're a Mason student, young couple, living w/ friends, or by yourself. A lot of curry, yes. Weird people, that's everywhere. FXPD make their rounds and overall the people are friendly. Nice gym and pool and parking. The apartments are clean...a little old...but not bad for the price. I havent seen any bugs yet. My bf and I decided on this place because its in Fairfax which is fairly safe and close to Mason. If you look in the parking lot there are a lot of expensive cars and a variety of ethnicity that lives here.

Regent's Park is a rip off. Prices are too high and they continue to justify it because "it's close to the Metro."

Man o' man it sure seems like Circle Towers has turned into one huge new arrival homestead. Judging by all the jaywalking going on across Pickett into the Circle Shopping Center or I guess the bus stop at same. Is this some sort of death wish walking out in front of traffic, even at night, or thats the way it goes down in their select foreign country. I see the city of Fairfax(home of an effing sign every 10 yards) is installing lights along said Pickett. Don't know if it's because of all the jaywalking but that area needs some kind of crosswalk or something in addition. And how about the trail of new arrivals along Lee Highway going to and fro to Pan Am shopping center, that's a new thing in last couple of years.

I see a lot of negative reviews about the three apartment towers. Does anyone know anything about those Townhomes? My boyfriend and I, younger brother, and a friend of ours are looking at moving into one of the THs. These reviews, however, have me understandably concerned.

Roaches don't usually peak until the mid to late summer. Typically you will not see tham at all in the winter and early spring. Wait until June and July and then let us know if you haven't seen one. An old building with nasty ass trash chutes means you will have millions of roaches in the walls.

"Roaches don't usually peak until the mid to late summer."

roaches mice even spiders. they do not come indoors unless there is food. they have better things to do like fuck in the grass and eatt outside instead of stave. good plan.

put your food away. they are gone.
