Erickson loves to collect all the money that these slightly upper middle class seniors have worked for all their lives. When your money runs out they kick your old ass out on the street.

I agree that this building should not be touched. I understand that many people want to build more houses or apartments and sell them back, but looking at the current situation, I think this is not the case anymore. Take, for example, the Philippines and the way they have built buildings and not been sold anymore. We should focus on affordable homes like face real estate agency sells https://www.lumina.com.ph to all of us here in Manila. Even if the Philippines is not a very rich country, the housing prices can become way too high for most of us to afford they are doing a good job in keeping the prices as low as possible.
