Lying JOE can not tell the whole truth such as if the min wage goes to his 15 an hour "free shit promise" those making 9 will get 15 and those making 16 will keep making 16 thus devaluing their pay by 7 dollars an hour to buy the same goods and services apt rent a apt or home or buy one
Who is so stupid they think companies can give every one a big raise of 7 dollars an hour all the way to the top !
LYING DISHONEST JOE wont tell you that if these people making 9 dollars nd hour and those making 15 dollars an hour the house may cost 125K in some other areas of the USA
BUT when there's both of them now making 15 an hour in the same area , the house costs 175k pricing it out of both's reach look at Fairfax County as the laws of supply and demand always prevail . High incomes is why the prices of homes in NOVA and cost of rents are so high!
Now what do people on limited social security do ?? Will they get another 14 K a year raise ? NO They Wont! Or JOE will lie about that!

Its the value of the buying power of 15 dollars today then after the min wage goes to 15 , everyone who is above the current min wage will lose actual cash value power as its artificial inflation , rents will increase dramatically and the real winners will be the landlords while hurting those on limited fixed incomes and even welfare with huge raises to social security and welfare payments that will destroy the US economy
Now this is what you will understand
So after 3 years staring at min now at age 21 your making 16 and hour as a line cook when the new dishwasher and bus boy goes from 9 to 15 an hour and you think your going to get a 6 dollar an hour raise, then when your room rent is due they tell you that its going up by 200 because you can afford it !
