A Fox Valley radio disc jockey has been arrested in Virginia for allegedly trying to solicit sex from a minor.

Richard Kieffer, who uses the on-air name "Rich Allen" for WVBO-FM, was arrested Monday, according to the Fairfax County, Va., Police Department.

The case is still under investigation, but the charge is listed "use of a communication device to solicit a minor."

He is being held without bond and returns to court June 7.

Cumulus Broadcast, which owns WVBO, has not responded to our requests for a comment.

I don't know too many miners that live in Fairfax.
