MOST are scam artists and he is no exception. Chilling on his phone, taking a break from scamming people. If you stop giving them money they will go away!

Panhadlers can make $300 to $1000+ a day if they are in a good location.

If they ask why you want their pic, it's because you are a journalist documenting the plight of the homeless.
