Why You Must Never Trust Government!

The below is from the 11 AM update on Tropical Storm Isaias. That figure would put it in Alabama. Since when did it become a gulf hurricane? If the government won't tell the truth about a hurricane, what else are they lying about? If it isn't the truth, it's a lie.

You don't have to go to Alabama to be SSW of DC. The U.S. coastline beginning in NC starts tracking to the south-southwest. As a result the coastal city of Charleston SC at 79.93 degrees west is actually farther west than DC which is about 120 miles due west of the coast.
