You must have this idea that obituaries write themselves and submit themselves without any outside involvement. If you don't submit an obituary to the paper it won't be printed. It's that simple. Only goes to show that some people don't care about their community in here in the US.

My people just put the flowers on the road where my relative die there is no thing in a newspaper
