Roanoke "Clownboy" Collection Agency
Posted by: harassed ()
Date: April 21, 2010 01:47PM

These two places, Atlantic Credit and Finance and Law Office of John P. Frye, are run by cousins.

They call me all the time, want me to go give my neighbor a message.

I read up on them:

Is there anything I can do? I am not their errand boy. They call every other day, say it is urgent. The caller id will say either ACF or JPFRYE.

The next time they call tell the lawyer you are reporting him the Virginia bar for unfair collection agency practices. When Atlantic Credit and Finance calls ask them for a name and then tell them you are reporting the person to the FTC for voilation of the Fair Debt Collection Act Section 804 - 1 & 2 and Section 805 3b

They will probably hang up right away and never call back again.

Tell them your neighbor is dead. When they suspect that you're lying, tell them you're 100% sure he's dead because you're the one who killed him.
