Wrecker service towing Limit fee by law?

Anyone knows how exactly this system works. A person has a vehicle accident, the vehicle is inoperable on the middle of the road way. The driver/s are takent o the hospital. Now, the police calls either Henry's or any one on their list. This guys take the car. Now, Im out of the hospital and need my car taken to my house. I have tons of personal stuff and other items that I need. I think my insurance company may want to see the car?
They want 400.00 cash to have my car.
They were called by Fairfax County police. I didnt choose them. I do understand that there should be a fee. I'v seen them sweeping the road and cleaning up all that shit, etc. Is there any law or limitation on fees for involuntary towing. I'd like to be fair. 400.00 for a regular vehicle towed?
I did get the extra towing and rental from my insurance. I should be cover.
Just asking. Im going tomorrow to get my car.

Check Chapter 82 of the Fairfax Ordiance Code. In the code it states what can be charged for towing fees. In regards to your pussy retired cop comment, fuck off you piece of shit. What is the matter to where you cannot do this simnple research yourself? I guess the police had to raise and guide you instead of your parents. All that money wasted educating you.
