Arlington Cemetary Update Memorial Day Weekend 2020

Due to COVID 19 the cemetery will be open only to family pass holders which are issued by request to next of kin of a person interred in Arlington and are only available by mail . All persons entering must have a family pass and a face covering to enter
Arlington has a visitors center right off the Memorial Bridge cemetery entrance which issues a day pass to anyone who wants to visit a grave but that is closed this year.

I’m going to go on a limb and assume the cemetery staff will dismantle any of the overhead toilets installed on some graves?
