The Virginia Tech massacre was a school shooting that took place on Monday, April 16, on the campus of Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia, United States. In two separate attacks, approximately two hours apart, the perpetrator, Seung-Hui Cho, killed 32 people and wounded many others before committing suicide. The massacre is the deadliest peacetime shooting incident by a single gunman in United States history, on or off a school campus.

While tragic, the important thing to remember is that the shooter wasn't a genuinely bad person, just misunderstood and neglected.

Some people are born evil. I consider him to be one of them.

I used to snap the bra of one of the victims in high school, so I'm allowed to confirm that yes they are.

Gov. Bob McDonnell led the ceremony in Richmond, Virginia and proclaimed the state would observe Virginia Tech Remembrance Day each April 16 during the four years of his term.

As the crowd observed a moment of a silence, McDonnell read the names of students and faculty shot and killed by student Seung Hui Cho on April 16, 2007. The ceremony ended with the bell ringing 32

lol

Some truth behind this, however.

I haven't confirmed, but I'm certain each incoming freshman student is required to take "VT101." This class teaches you methods and ways to post bumper stickers all over the place, how to work with the DMV to get VT on your license plate some how, and recommends degree-frame vendors that make nice frames that go with office place furniture; you know, so they can hang their degree on the wall in the office.

Thought I heard word of VT102. An extension of VT101, VT102 teaches you how to be loud and obnoxious when social situations turn towards college discussions.

It would be better not to remember it. Every malcontent these days knows that they will become famous if they shoot a bunch of people.

He's probably an envious Radford grad who's display of "Radford Pride" consists only of showing his genital herpes outbreak (courtesy of some campus skank) to his doctor so he can get more Valtrex.

Another reason for Northern Virginia not to separate from Richmond and become a new state. All the Fairfax parents will have to pay out of state tuition for their kids to go to VT.

Three years have passed since that horrific tragedy and we still are not allowed to carry on campus.

WRONG!

Quote
VT100
The VT101 and VT102 were cost-reduced non-expandable follow-on products, with the VT102 including the AVO and serial printer port options of the VT100. The VT100 became a platform on which Digital constructed related products. The VT105 contained a simple graphics subsystem mostly-compatible with the earlier VT55. The VT125 added an implementation of the byte-efficient Remote Graphic Instruction Set (ReGIS.) The VT103 added a built-in LSI-11 processor while the VT278 added a built-in PDP-8 processor, allowing the terminal to run Digital's WPS-8 word processing software. The VT180 (codenamed "Robin") added a single-board microcomputer using a Zilog Z80 to run CP/M.

In 1983, the VT100 was replaced by the more-powerful VT200 series terminals such as the VT220.

come on, it's obvious! i mean, xterm is a VT102 emulator and it's on like everything!

seriously, idiots like you should be shot.

Did any of the families that lost members at Virginia Tech file any lawsuits against the family of the shooter?
Didn't a Korean family file a lawsuit against Virginia Tech when there son committed suicide that involved some allegations related to the shooter at Virginia Tech?
