Auto Mechanic needed

Hi

I am planning to buy an used car and thus I need to get some cars checked out by a auto mechanic to give me an overall picture of the car.

Could someone suggest me a reliable one around Fairfax / Chantilly area? What would be the cost of the outlay be?

I've always trusted Chandler & Sons Automotive in Herndon. Not the cheapest place in town or repairs, but a good reputable shop and I've never had a problem with the service.
