furthering ones education

Well I'm looking to get a better job and more education. What are some good places that offer career advice or learning?

NOrthern Virginia Community College. Lord Fairfax community college. Your Local library. WIKIPEDIA.com etc etc

You're already an MD, so I don't see a need to further your education. If I were you, I'd go to one of the local hospitals and see if you can perform some minor surgery. You might have to work your way up by doing things like changing bed pans. But, if you do a good job, in no time you'll be doing heart/lung transplants. Good luck, doc!
