Northam and CoVid-19: We Are Screwed
Posted by: We are Screwed under Northam ()

Governor "Black Face" Northam is failing to testing for CoVid-19, and isn't transparent about the state of CoVid-19 in the Commonwealth.

Northam's testing strategy seems to be to test as little as possible. Only one state has tested fewer people per thousand than Virginia. Under Northam, Virginia is testing rate per thousand is half the national average.

Northam seems like a incompetent doctor who doesn't test for maladies, but charges away on a treatment path without knowledge. He doesn't test. Why?

Northam isn't transparent about CoVid-19 either. Compare the data provided to the public by Northam to that provided by DeSantis in Florida. Virginia has one web page with a tiny amount of information, some by state, some by health department district, some by county, and none by zip code. Florida has a four hundred plus page daily report plus a dashboard that provides testing, case, hospitalization, and death information by the state, county, and zip code.

Northam has that data, but he refuses to provide it. Why?

The reason for the lack of transparency and tests isn't that Northam is incompetent, it's that he's devious. He knows that transparency and tests are necessary to build public confidence in reopening. He doesn't want the state to reopen. He knowns that the CoVid-9 infection is centered fewer than ten counties and municipalities, and that five counties have no cases. Rather than open what he can, he hides information and refuses to test because he wants residents to suffer. When they suffer he will blame on Trump and the Republicans. He's causing pain in the Commonwealth intentionally for political gain.

Northam: The doctor who kills the patient for political gain.

I agree. Just try to google testing in Fairfax County - nada. You'll come to a page that basically says contact your doctor.

Who cares about testing? It is just for statistics and does nothing for you as an individual. Testing is a snapshot in time. It tells you that you had it at some point, that you have it currently, or that you do not have it. And? Five minutes later you could be infected and have it, yet run around thinking your are virus free because "the test I took said I do not have it". If you have it and do not realize it, it is because you are asymptomatic. Sure you can take additional precautions, but you have already infected your kids, spouse, etc. Too late. So now you will want to test all of them? To what end, because you could get it again and the whole process starts over.

Apparently you missed the weekly libtard procedural memo.

The ultimate goal is to make the outbreak as bad as possible and run for as long as possible. Complain to the media that Trump has not provided you with enough tests, then refuse to provide 99.9% of the public with a test. As it gets worse, blame Trump for every aspect that's negative and delay reopening everything as long as possible in hopes that he doesn't get re-elected somehow.

Everyone may have Northam misdiagnosed.

His Rx may be the same as that for mothers and newborns. Keep the Commonwealth comfortable until he decides whether it should live.

Alternatively, his allowing 48 other states to jump in front for testing resources may not be deviousness. It may be maliciousness, or incompetence. However, given that commercial labs have extra capacity for coronavirus tests and that contracting with them is fully within the Commonwealth's ability, the two likely candidates are deviousness or maliciousness.

Looking at Northam's press conferences, however, I doubt that he is malicious, so on second thought everyone may be right. He's making the Commonwealth suffer because he is devious.
