the condition of the roads

So what happens now that there's no money for road repair? After this harsh winter seems like a lot of roads are in nasty shape. the last two years had seen a lot of road repaving after years of neglect but now with the economy in the crapper Will they ever be repaved or will fall further and further into disrepair? took backlick from annandale over to braddock the other day and geez my aching hemmoroids. and i notice in a lot of areas the stripes on the roads are virtually gone. can we expect the stripe painting crews back out there or this was a luxury of times gone by? so the load was all shot on the dulles rail, the hot lanes on the beltway and finishing up the woodrow wilson bridge, oh I guess some lanes being added on route 95 down fairfax county prince william county line way and the nonsense in merrifield with all these big projects is there money for maintainence of existing roads or will things just get worse and worse

I've been driving all over the area (about 500 miles in the last 2 weeks), and yeah, the roads in Fairfax County are messed up with potholes. I hope they fix them soon!

Dude, Like my street just got plowed two weeks ago. And now I cant even drive my hybrid cause there are too many potholes. I got to drive my 19 year old full size pickup that blows blue smoke and only gets 11 mpg. This sucks with gas heading for $4.00+ per gallon.
