So you go to the Richmond Times , the so called place in Richmond Virginias state capitol to see what the Governor of Virginia has done with the shut down to see what you can and can not do

Then the total scalping assholes wont let you see the emergency info unless you bite into their click bait crap

Gov Northam , don't allow a single paid official Virginia notice in this lousy news rag ever again , they are not serving the people of Virginia their purely scalpers in a great emergency that this nation has not seen since WW2
