Nothing. I made too much in 2018. I have three young kids and live in an expensive as fuck area. I’ve had serious struggles, my wife had a massive stroke at age 37 18 months ago and her health care worker (who we’re still paying for somehow but stopped coming) costs more than what we get for her long-term disability insurance which apparently I should be lucky enough that we have in the first place. I had to quit my decent paying job to care for her and our three kids. We’re still both in our thirties and she is in diapers and a wheelchair. I actually can’t even order diapers for her at the moment because they are sold out (wtf!?) and now the kids don’t even have school to take them away from our nightmare. I am (was?) an hourly worker who now has no hours because my employer is closed, yet don’t qualify for unemployment and am hoping I’m not yet fired because I didn’t work enough over the last 18 months to qualify for unemployment (because of my wife’s stroke 18 months ago, remember?). We’ve already borrowed everything we could out of the little equity we had in our “starter” townhouse that we were supposed to leave 12 months ago. I can’t cover the mortgage but at least I have 3 months to come up with 3 months worth of payments with no income.
But hey, we both had a good first half of 2018 income such that I don’t qualify for anything in the economic stimulus package. My only hope is that the virus takes all of us but like I said, the healthcare worker stopped coming so not sure how we’d get exposed at this point.

I did my taxes this year and made $86500. I did the stimulas calculator and I will be getting $650 dollars. After $75000 you are losing 5 percent, If you made $80,000 you would get $950 dollars.

Nothing. I made 230k last year and wife made 125k. But unlike the other guy, I dont have a sob story. Wife isnt working right now but we don't live lavishly so the income loss isn't noticable. Would be nice to get something, given we pay a lot of tax, but I wasnt expecting anything.

This actually sounds exactly like a situation I know about through a friend. I don’t really have updates except the timeline of the wife’s disability and family characteristics match. If this poster is reading this, we met a couple different times through a mutual friend but you probably don’t remember me. I only know of your situation because our friend has kept me up to date. Wishing you better times.
I’m not going to provide any more facts but just wanted whoever called this “bullshit” to know that this is a real story. How the fuck this guy doesn’t qualify, I will never know. Maybe you can file your 2019 taxes in time?
