Herndon 7-11

Can someone tell me why amigos are still allowed to congregate at the 7-11 in Herndon?

Maybe they are finishing their hotdog and big gulp but bombarding pick up trucks as they enter the parking lot kinda gives it away!!

It is a free country... even if you are here illegally. In order for your "amigos" to be banned form the 7-11's property, the owner must post no trespassing signs and/or verbally notify them to leave.

I am with the idea of freedom to congregate. However, there are signs there and it just amazes me that with all the nationwide coverage this 7-11 received, why is the issue still going on? Why aren't the cops doing anything about it? Maybe 'cuz they're lazy? I smell corruption!

Try carrying a gun. When you step out of your car they stop being dickheads and leave you the fuck alone real quick.

Because Herndon and Fairfax cops can't do anything about it since it is a federal offense. Send in some ICE agents or Border Patrol though and you're all set. There has been a couple attempts to train local cops with the federal rules so they could enforce them, but FFX county recently voted against it.

It's because the 7-11 is with in walking distance from the low rate apartments(little Havanna). The day laborer center is at 1481 Sterling Road. To far to walk.

The 7-11 probably doesn't care because they sell more stuff.

Herndon used too be O.K. Now it has more amenities, diversity. It just keeps getting better.

Fairfax Underground is the opposite. It gets worse and worse.

Where is Herndon Cutie or nakedshoplifter?

All the good posters have left.

Nothing is "getting better" in Herndon.

Look around you fool. Herndon is a sanctuary for illegals and illegal activity. In what other quaint little town can you zip through and:
1) Pick up an illegal worker
2) Pay everything under the table
3) Avoid paying the taxes for that work
4) Catch a "Nooner" at one of the numerous establishments
5) Cross overtown twords the Toll Road for illegal drug of choice
6) Get caught no biggie... you can get a whole new set of fake ID's while your at it.

Start your wake up by admitting to the fact that "day laborers" standing at 7-11 at 8:00PM are not looking for work. Also, before anyone throws the whole pitty the illegals for the plight that they have taken to get here crap, now that they are here what are they doing to help improve the community and the standard of living? Nothing.

What streets are the dealers on?

Do the police give this area a pass because of the whole "sanctuary" thing?

What are they doing, then?

That "whole sanctuary thing" involves recognition of the simple fact that states and localities do not have the authority either to create or enforce immigration law. The Constitution has reserved that to the feds, despite what haters and low-brow, take-the-law-into-their-own-hands, vigilante-wannabes might believe or prefer.

Persons conversing in a public space do not need any particular reason to be there. It's sort of like the god-goober abortion-protesters in Falls Church. As long as they do not commit crimes or directly interfere with commerce or with exercise of the rights of others, they are within the rights of assembly that everyone has.

So if someone robs a bank (Federal crime)in Maryland the drives to Herndon the local Herndon PD would not arrest the perps? That's bullshit.
