Did the cops not know 100,000 people would be leaving their office at some point?

Wait, the FCPD is fixing the water main? No wonder it's taking so long to get fixed since that'd be a water authority issue.

Is something burning in Tysons tonite? I was just at the top of Lisle Ave near 7, and the air on the west side of 7 was filled with acrid-smelling smoke. It was weird, I didn't see or hear any sirens.

Dad,

Point was that cops should have used officer controlled signal timing at key points in surrounding areas (7 at Westpark, International at Spring Hill) to alleviate the higher-than-normal traffic instead of watching the construction crew repair the water main.

See you next weekend.
