GM was steered into oblivion by democrats and bailed out by OBAMA (steering a billion in military funds to black caucus running detroit city btw)

MICHIGAN CONGRESS LEARNED THAT, DUE TO BACKDOORS IN THE LAW, CONSUMERS WERE BEING CHARGED FOR BOTTLES BUT INDUSTRY GOT THE BOTTLES BACK FREE VIA GOVERNMENT LANDFILLS

MICHIGAN STOOD UP FOR THE CONSUMER - SAYING THAT UNTIL THE BOTTLERS STOPPED CHARGING (note: so much) FOR THE GLASS THAT THEY GOT FREE IN RETURN, MICHIGAN WOULD REWARD CONSUMERS $0.05 for recycling each bottle. (kids loved the law and collected bottles)
