Taxes this year

Noticed my taxes in FFX County going up almost $600 this year. And don't we all know the reason why. Immigrants, Illegals and schools.

How do you know that would have prevented a large increase in the real estate tax? Also, don't forget that the Democrat-dominated General Assembly is considering increases in gasoline and tobacco taxes. I don't smoke but I do drive. I guess they're trying to turn the Old Dominion into California East.

Your talking about Democrats, after all they support illegals entering the US while the rest of the world has to wait to enter legally under federal immigration laws passed by congress .

Africans Middle Easterners , Asians all must wait in line for their legal immigration papers as they cant simply sneak in with Democrat support

OP poster here. The meals tax is fine. What I do like and what can't be avoided by many others is the Real Estate and Property Taxes, at least that makes a small dent in these illegals paying their fair share.

Best I can come up with for now.

Fairfax County's base real estate tax rates are lower today than they were when we had a Republican running the BOS. Also remember it was Republican legislators in Richmond who brought us toll roads and the special Northern Virginia sales tax.
