Subsidized housing, refugees, etc

I live in an area that is approx 600-750k for a townhome. I see random families who are cab drivers. Some look like refugees. The rent here is 3000k+ a month. How are these people living here? Is there a subsidy or maybe it's multiple families in one townhouse? What gives, we had to prove income over 120k to get a lease. There's no way a cabbie makes that much...

Encourage them to move to Tysons Corner if you dont Like them living near you. Or maybe you can move so you don't have to look at them all the time. Life is too short for this.

I hear each of those new hi rise apartment buildings in Tysons Corner have 30+ subsidized units. and the rents are no where near $3000+/mo

Ever been in a smelly cab and the illegal behind the wheel says : “credit card machine broken, cash only?”
He is scamming income tax.
Then his low IQ muzzie ass has ten kids.
The county and gerrry and bulova wants these votes(still an illegal but valid vote for democrats).....

Let’s give them a housing voucher and food stamps too!

Who pays?

You do!

The poor sap that pays his taxes, attends school functions, drives legally, votes legally.

What do you think will happen to those $700k values ONCE more rent controlled “affordable housing” units are built?
Go see Lorton station elem school area off furnace road one day. Can’t make over $60k (total household income), yet you see newer cars than what you’re schlepping around.

Your taxes and hard work is subsidizing fraud.

You think it will get better for you, the tax payer ?

Look at Dearborn and St Paul Minnesota...taxi cab heaven for the US. Any search on Zillow will show you the long term effects of inbred muzzies with bleeding heart liberalism.

You are out of touch.

Genexers are the latest migrants. They're tripling & quadding up in 4000/MO 1 br units on the 30+ floor.

There is nothing cheap in Tysons...except for the VGH dude hanging out in the Boro. He'll do ya for a $50.

I'm surprised at how many townhomes in my complex are owned by churches and mosques. That's why all the refugees.

Yikes! Hopefully they’re not “First Baptist of Addis Abbaba” or any AME bullshit.
