Beware Rose Hill Vocelli's

I ordered two medium pizzas from the Rose Hill Vocelli's. I pick up my order and return home. Lo and behold my order was wrong. I called Vocelli's back and the guy said he would listen to the recording and hung up on me. I called back again and he cursed at me, calling me an "infidel". WTF!!! Watch out for that place!!!!

Funny, I just placed an order for Vocelli's Fairfax. Vocelli, Paisanos, and Angelico's are my delivery trifecta.

I go to Vocelli's. I order pizza. This is sauce and cheese on bread. I eat pizza. This means I consume food. I have bad feeling in my stomach. This is in my abdomen.I go to shitter, this means toilet. I have diarrhea. This means explosive shit. I think Mr. Vocelli pooped on my pizza before I eat it. This means SHIT PIZZA.

I've been going to vocelli rose hill for years and I love the pizza, wings, tenders, and subs. I've always walked in and the girl up front already knows my order so I get my favorite's every Saturday. It's def worth the wait and if u live close like I do then its worth the walk.

I went to Rose Hill Vocelli's about 10 years ago (not sure, have they been there 10 years?). They made my order wrong THREE times. How can you f*** it up 3 times?? Vocelli's is Nocelli's!!

About 2 years ago I was sitting on the little bench waiting for my pizza and just watching till it was ready and the guy making some other order sneezed right over the pizza he was working on wiped his nose and mouth (he did have gloves on) but then touched the pizza - even with gloves on the germs still go from gloves to the food product. When I saw that I made them give me my money back and have never been back there again. They use their hands with the gloves on them to take out trash and do not change when they start to make food again.

Here is what the OP should have done...
Open up the box and check at the time of pick up. Does not take a rocket scientist to figure this out.
On the other hand for those who are fans of delivery-orders, better to be safe to go in and CHECK your orders.

we have been going to a jelly in Rose Hill shopping center for years and never have I had a bad experience. I know sometimes delivery can be slow on Fridays but I have seen the transformation and specially with online ordering things have been running a lot more smoother. I really enjoyed their new carryout special and our family loves their artisan pizzas. In my opinion they are one of the best and fastest delivery services around in the Franconia, Kingstown, Alexandria area that serves quality foods.
