This is actually very common now and not just with blacks. There are 45 year old great grandmothers and 60 year old great great etc and so on and so forth lol. There was an entire TV show on it.

Yea. the miracles of teen pregnancy. Broke as shit and on EBT, Section 8, and foodstamps, but at least you know who your great grandparents are.

My parents became grandparents at 41, when I was 19. The mother of their grandchild was 43. HOT as all get out, too! That's how she got in my pants. Older women really know their way around your body.

I have family in central Pennsylvania (aka, Pennsyltucky) who are like this. My trashy cousin had a kid at 16, who in turn had a kid at 16, making her a grandmother at 32. Unless a fatal OD claims them first, which is a decent chance, the cycle will probably continue for at least another generation.
