The meeting will take place from 9-11 a.m. at Fairfax City Hall. We will provide an overview of the General Assembly session and open the meeting up for questions. Chap and I take great pride that so many of our constituents come out to discuss what is going on in the General Assembly. Hope to see you all there! Coffee provided.

For transfers of guns to family members with no back ground checks such as giving a gun to a grandson
Which is one reasonable thing Democrats did in 2020 in the General Assembly and that's truly an oddity he surprised me with his good deed Chap
Now Chap put assault weapons into the machine gun for aggressive purpose law under the Uniform Machine Gun Act of 1950 18.2-288 that has been in Virginia for decades and no more loaded assault weapons will be able to be possessed in public while loaded
And that solves the magazine issue constitutionally without any bans
That means no loaded assault weapons and loaded magazines in transport in a vehicle as well
The guns can be loaded in private homes or business or hooting ranges and private property people own or have permission to use same as the machine gun law
