"The Richmond Report" New Firearms Legislation In Virginia

https://www.washingtonpost.com/local/virginia-politics/democrats-take-up-firearms-bills-in-virginias-newly-gun-free-capitol/2020/01/13/1c5e1d82-35b0-11ea-bb7b-265f4554af6d_story.html

Jan 13 2020 Virginia State Capitol Richmond Virginia

Four Democrat sponsored bills were moved out of committee to the Virginia General Assembly Senate floor for a vote , the fastest action on gun bills in Virginias history in the last 30 plus years.

The bills if passed into law will

1. Make background checks mandatory with gun sales not transfers. A transfer is a trade or a gift of a gun to another person or the receipt of a gifted gun . Sen Chap Peterson of Fairfax offered a transfer exception which was accepted with debate . The original bill would require all gun sales and transfers to have background checks . Details of the bill are not clear at this time , transfers to immediate family members were spoken about in the last weeks (due to pressure applied by posters on FXU LOL)

2. Create a red flag law so guns can be removed for people deemed to be dangerous to themselves or others by law enforcement with a hearing before a judge

3. Allow Fairfax County and all other jurisdictions in Virginia to write laws banning guns from public buildings and more such as waiting periods to buy firearms

4. Allow only 1 handgun sale a month unless the buyer has a concealed handgun permit

Sen Saslaw's Assault Weapon ban and magazine ban have yet to be debated in the Virginia Senate, Governor Northam is supporting such a ban will only ban new sales of the weapons and the magazine capacity issue is to be debated

Making state police uniforms rainbow colored or pink , grey scares me it looks like a evil statue or tombstone . Multi colored balls or on hanging from the hats brim or glued on flowers would be a nice touch to help me cope making them look just like back in my California hometown

I think neon colors are a wonderful idea. That gray can be hard to see clearly in the dark and I wouldn't want to ventilate the mail man by mistake.. I feel so bad for those mailmen. Real heroes. Fuck daylight savings time man give em a break!

The 20th of Jan in Richmond at the state capitol

Remember this is "Lobby Day" the traditional day in Richmond when people come to lobby for their causes this is not just a gun day. But the gun day should overwhelm all others there with your support

Tracking Gun Bills In Richmond

https://www.vcdl.org/2020-Leg-Tracking/

Note HB 976 which allows the governors state police security detail to possess only firearms that citizens may own . ie no assault weapons for citizens, no assault weapons for the detail

FAQS Parking Buses Carpools Rides Firearm laws and rules .No Long Guns should be taken as it distracts from the mission and that's what the media will focus on if you do and that helps no one but Democrats . No firearms allowed in the State Capitol building due to a rule change

Be sure to stop by Green Top at The I95 exit 86B to the west about 8 miles after heading north from downtown Richmond . Its one of Virginias great sporting goods hunting fishing shooting stores

Right here https://www.greentophuntfish.com/shooting/used-guns/used-handguns/ all sold by a federal firearms dealer with a background check and question 11E to answer

Grab one and go with a holster and ammo , sorry no vending machines yet for max convenience .

Stop by Green Tops brand new nearby indoor range to "heat it up " and sight it in so you will be kept warm to achieve "happiness from a warm gun" at the rally

Don't you dare lie and say no on 11E LOL

https://www.nbc29.com/2020/01/15/governor-northam-declares-state-emergency-advance-capitol-square-demonstration/

Capitol Square lays between Broad Street to Bank Street and 9th Street To Governor Street

Governor Northam has declared a state of emergency in this area starting Friday Jan 17 extending to Tuesday Jan 21 , one entrance only will be available to enter the area with metal detectors . Banned items are all firearms clubs and other items that police may decide are weapons. Handles that Protest signs are attached to such as wooden sticks will be banned you will have to bring signs you can hold up with no ridged type of support that can be used as a weapon or a club . The Speaker Of The House has already banned firearms from the Capitol Building this order from the governor extends that order to the Capitol Square

Thousands are expected to show up . VCDL suggests that groups travel with a armed person who will not enter the area to escort gun rights protestors to safety in and out of the general area. There will be plenty of people outside of the designated capitol Square areas who will be armed as well as counter protestors so there will be areas protesters from all sides will gather at outside the square.

Law abiding citizens obey laws and police commands. Be alert and when commanded by law enforcement officers and obey their commands if they order you to leave the entire area if violence breaks out .There will be a very heavy police presence of Capitol Police Richmond Police Virginia State Police And Deputy Sheriffs from Richmond City Henrico County and other locations

REMEMBER POLICE ARE ON YOUR SIDE THEY SUPPPORT LAW ABIDING CITIZENS AND THE CONSTITUTION THEY SWORE TO PROTECT

HB1004 (show hits) ..Protective orders; possession of firearms, surrender or transfer of firearms, pen.. (31)

THAT'S THE LEFT GOING FOR YOUR RIGHTS

getting a "protective order" requires no proof of a damn thing and no trial. the "order" proceeds a trial (which is supposed to be relevant and occur expediently of course), which gives it it's name

HB142 (show hits) ..Concealed handgun permits; demonstration of competence... (6)

THAT'S THE LEFT GOING FOR YOUR RIGHTS

democrats call "any non-government worker" in-cappable, the poor in-cappable, black basketball players with guns in their pants going off on dance floors: CAPABLE for the right fee! democrats politicians: capable and held in the best secrecy and lies money can buy.

it means the government will run EXPENSIVE college classes and charge many fees for non-ownership. continual fees, continual "re-certifying". (because in the end you can't work and can't pay and have had crumbs as paychecks: they will get it - that's the democrat "policy" !)

HB1687 (show hits) ..Violence Intervention and Prevention Fund and Grant Program; firearm and ammuniti.. (12)

THAT'S THE LEFT GOING FOR YOUR RIGHTS

paying communists to "study taking away your rights". they are always political children, rats, who end up with the jobs and money. that or mexico and china.

the NRA? they are a private INSURANCE COMPANY. they get federal grants after suing the piss out of the government for "using non-profits to steal their business" (which is still ongoing). their status prevents government from using government to shut down the INSURANCE COMPANY - OR TAKE THE INSURANCE FUNDS that insure people who are paying members. and how is some arcane thing about non-profits being unable to attack other non-profits and MONEY being involved.

HB425 (show hits) ..Transfer of multiple firearms; report to the Department of State Police... (45)

THAT'S THE LEFT GOING FOR YOUR RIGHTS

THEIR NEXT STEP IS TO TARGET AND STALK those who sell firearms in VA. Guess what? it is the inroad for FOREIGN WEAPONS PRODUCERS. how? once they "get rid" of (your ass) - the foreign makers democrats are in bed with - the foreign makers begin sales without american competition. WHY DOESN'T THE LAW SAY ANYTHING ABOUT TRANSWER OF FOREIGN MADE WEAPONS? because helping USA isn't the goal.

HB427 (show hits) ..Manufacture, import, sale, transfer, or possession of undetectable firearms; pena.. (8)

AH! you just know that means a government commission to pay political children to sit on a council of "undetectable weapons", which of course since they can't be detected, is A FABULOUS JOB.

HB463 (show hits) ..Minors; allowing access to firearms, Class 6 felony, etc... (3)

WOW! my dad's a felon. FUCK YOU GOVERNOR. FUCK YOU COMMUNISTS.

I assume you mean "access not permitted by the parent"

HB568 (show hits) ..Carrying or storing firearms in motor vehicles and vessels; exceptions, penalty... (4)

OK. No gun rack in the back window of my truck? That hurts. fuck you.

none of the above mention if the laws apply to LEGAL or ILLEGAL weapons

HB939 (show hits) ..Public schools; firearm safety education program... (14)

have any idea how many government educators shot themselves demonstrating safety? for god's sake ban niggers and government workers (especially instructors) from having firearms

HB961 (show hits) ..Assault firearms, certain firearm magazines, etc; prohibiting sale, transport, et.. (134)

ASSAULT - TO A DEMOCRAT - MEANS ANY GUN NOT IN HANDS OF LOYAL POLICE

SB22 (show hits) ..Handguns; limitation on purchases, penalty... (45)

Purchase of handguns; limitation on handgun purchases; penalty. Prohibits any person who is not a licensed firearms dealer from purchasing more than one handgun in a 30-day period

THAT MAKES COLLECTING ILLEGAL, IT MAKES COMPETING WITH GOVERNMENT SALES TO POLICE ILLEGAL, IT MAKES BEING A WEAPON DEALER ILLEGAL

guess who gets the certification? some niggers holding the puppet strings i'll warrant

SB268 (show hits) ..Retail Sales and Use Tax; exemption for certain gun safes... (2)

I HOPE YOU MEAN EQUAL and fair competition excemption for ALL BRANDS and kinds

SB774 (show hits) ..Big game hunting; guaranteed kills prohibited, penalty...

when does fertile land not guarantee a kill ?

who gets the "park system job" some asian? who strolls around making sure no land is fertile?

SB89 (show hits) ..Protective orders; violation of order while armed with firearm or other deadly we.. (3)

THAT WAS ALREADY ILLEGAL - THESE DEMOCRATS ARE CON ARTISTS FUCKING AROUND IN RICHMOND RE-FILING SHIT THAT'S ALREADY PASSED AS LAW

your on welfare and not allowed to have any savings

you can't pay for rent and get food stamps

you might afford a gun if your careful BUT YOU'LL NEVER AFFORD COLLEGE COURSES AND CONTINUAL OWNERSHIP TAXES

all of these laws are completely mean nothing

they won't be enforced, always be in dispute. they only thing enforced will be collecting money from gun owners (rich white people who aren't democrats)

THE FACTS ARE THAT DEMOCRAT STATES THAT ENACT THEM ARE ALWAYS THE PLACES WITH MURDER RATES THAT RISE AFTER THE LAWS ARE PAST, DESPITE THEM

our insane governor has surrounded the capitol with fences, niggers with weapons, large concrete blocks to stop (tanks?) and what else

it looks like a war zone - today - on the news

i have no idea how FFU didn't blast this news: the gov released jaw droppping news

Made it to Richmond and YOU ?? I ran late but just got in to be counted in the crowd of thousands I heard 22 thousand people showed up. Only 1 arrest on the radio Antifa hiding behind a cowards mask but I did not see any of them , too many "gunmen" around. I did not carry the real thing "Old Blue" as I was "scared", so I carried my plastic molded toy gun with a orange tip I call Lil Stinker and looks real enough to get you shot by a cop , but there were hordes of people carrying real guns that were "Peaking Out"

I caught a ride into the Capitol on a free VCDL shuttle bus. At the capitol where I got off I saw a man and his wife good people volunteering to bring people in and out from the Diamond . I walked my ass off in the crowd outside the Capitol Square and later saw the line a couple blocks long with a thousand people going all the way around the block to ride the free shuttle buses plus all kinds of chartered buses and hoofed it back to the Diamond about 6 miles of shoe leather burned after I tried to offer my " DAJAX Chef Bill" and got a big one instead with notice to go see the credit manager Helen Waite . I saw guys with ARs and plenty of holstered guns just like in the Wild Free West before Democrats

It was a great day and a good walk and everybody I saw were smiling and happy people, no one flipping out , no hate seen at all as Antifa and the gun grabbers did not show up to spew hate on the people peacefully exercising their 2nd amendment rights to keep and bear arms.

It was just another normal cold day with a couple thousand law abiding US gun owners who want their Constitutional Rights Upheld
To keep and bear arms as the founders commanded with their strict order "Shell Not Be Infringed"

The 2nd amendment, the only one of the 27 current Amendments to have that strict command given to the legislature, executive and federal judiciary.

DAJAX Northern "Emergency" was simply "Bogus Fake News " There were NO White Supremacists There ! Just Law Abiding Citizens !

I vas at home all warm and cozy smoking doobs and laughing my ass off at all parties involved on various live streams !!! Of course this was the plan all along but I made very careful not to let it on near any internet connected devices vith ambient listening capabilities before the big suprise, or lack thereof that is. Whenever Alexa, Google or Siri was in my presence it was Blood Thunder and Binary explosive compounds! My colleagues collected excellent counter-surveillance material for future operations in Virginia. I am told the VSP were quite convinced I had something terrible planned and my watchers watched the thin blue clowns watch me for several weeks leading up to the rally It was a great success although half my pay came in the form of duty free beluga caviar and Im having a heckuva doozy finding a way to move it. would love to see your hobos drink their beer sometime komrade!

In another thread about the young homeless woman who was arrested

So Im trying to wipe the crap off my face for bashing the young woman, the radio gave no complete details and I saw no one "masked" but a few people wearing things because of the cold but looking at the Richmond Times photos and there are plenty I saw many gun rights supporters with their faces "masked' covered because it was windy and cold

So I don't know why this woman was arrested unless it was a holding charge if she was doing something irrational and they were looking out for her safety

My bad , I admit Im the ass who "jumped the gun" on this one and Im sorry for it
