FCPS putting children in PERIL of accidents and PTSD

Other schools systems around the DMV made the correct decision to not open, and place the safety of the children above their self serving desires.

Can a parent sue FCPS for potential injury of a student or if the student develops PTSD as a result of the stress of being forced into a dangerous situation?
