it was INFACT the Clinton era democrats who BEGAN THE SIDEWALK SHOVELING LEGISLATION making un-shoveled sidewalks the liability of the homeowner EVEN IF the person doing the slip and fall WAS NOT invited
conservatives were angry and said "if you can't put your feet in the snow, and there's snow outside, why the hell would you slip and fall and blame someone else who's yard you weren't supposed to be in"
IN 2020 WE KNOW THE ANSWER
THE SLIP AND FALLS WERE ONLY PROSECTUTED AGAINST REPUBLICANS

I made triple overtime sitting in my truck on the side of the road idling my engine for 95% of the day. I love snow!
