Now, if Synder can get an actual GM, stay the fuck out of football affairs and just sit back and enjoy owning the 2nd most valuable team in the NFL, we might get a winner back here again.

Dan Snyder needs to fire himself first. Short of selling the team to a new owner or owners who would pledge to keep the Redskins in the DC area and work to build a consistent winner, the best thing Snyder can do is hire competent football personnel to run football operations and then get out of the way. Bruce Allen simply isn't getting the job done.
