Is it just me, or does Springfield look more like a city from SoCal than anything else in the Mid-Atlantic?

The generally flat terrain, grid streets, tree patterns, and even the mega-highways running through it and trashy blocks/shopping centers all refute my claim. Other NoVA towns may share some of these characteristics, though there's nothing that aligns with the 'burbs of LA like Springfield. Your thoughts?

Yes, also the 50’s era homes that have been adulterated with all cement instead of lawns, and tall fences around the lot. The hoopties on the road everywhere, minority-majority. Garbage schools. Everything in spanish.

I live in West Springfield where it was zoned for civilized whites. The locusts generally know not to go past the St Bernadettes Catholic church.

My initial thought is that you do not know what the word 'refute' means.

Well, you see, they are so cool in Cali that they say the opposite of everything but only they know they are doing it. So instead of saying substantiate, you say refute. If something is bad ass, that means it is awesome. When you say you'd like to bang the shit out of some chic, it really means you'd like to take her out for dinner and drinks and have a nice conversation. Well, I'm not sure about the last one...
