Doing research for a while. Determined that a taco and burrito are basically the same thing. One is made with a crispy tortilla and the other with soft tortilla. Still working on this. Both, are delicious.

In canola oil or veggie oil fold um with the cheap wire tongs that cost 2.98 in the pan drain on paper towels, don't get the heat up too high, slap them in let them bubble turn and cook making the fold then cooking each half abit then drain and fill um up with the goodies to munch out after you blew that weed and got those munchies

No Problem Be careful of hot oil don't be the fool and make um when your ass is high

You can make them on the weekend and fill with the meat chicken or bean filling only no cheese or salad then freeze in a zip lock freezer storage plastic bag squeezing the air out and eat them up after in the microwave or a bit of oven heating adding the cheese and salad when you eat them plus some good Mexican or Louisiana hot sauce

Fish and all seafood tacos need to be cooked and eaten not froze

Grilled shrimp in a pan put into that taco is awesome use shredded cabbage for seafood tacos Fish tacos too try Mahi Mahi its great saluted or BBQed baked or fried on a taco . Make some roulamade sauce with Mayo ketchup horseradish and mustard Slap Your mama Cajun Spice and try a Cajun taco or make some Mojo Sauce look it up on Google
