Maderia Town Center Overlooking Great Falls! View of Falls, Potomac, MD and Mountains

The new Maderia Condo complex is going to be huge with views of the falls! What a great idea! Already has the approval of enough FFX board members!

The Maderia Town Center is going to be seven 50 story buildings! Metro access is expected to be from a monorail that runs up the new Reston Parkway extension to the new bridge.

Former headmistress of The Madeira School and Dr Tarnower would certainly approve of this supposed real estate development.

Having Metro through Great Falls to MD has been long overdue. I heard some Crystal City and Boston Properties deals are likely.

Unbelievable! I just heard about the Madeira property being developed in a huge Town Center and Condos. Fairfax County is out of control with corruption.

We might as well be living in North West or Anacostia now.

Fairfax county use to be a great area with lots of parks, horse trails and clear pollution free streams and lakes. Now it's all traffic jams and noise. What a waste.
