I think my neighbor owns a gun, what should I do?
Posted by: Concerned Centreville Resident ()
Date: December 15, 2019 12:33PM

My neighbor a few doors down the street from me drives a Ford Pickup truck, and I think he owns a gun. I have told my children to stay away from his house because he may become crazed, and start murdering innocent residents.

My children are now suffering from nightmares because of this man, and I have alerted my other neighbors via mail.

What else should I do to protect my friends and family from this possible murdering maniac?

If he does own a gun it proves that he is a coward. Call him out on his cowardice and he will probably run home and grab a weapon before confronting you. Get a video of him brandishing his coward weapon. He will lose his right to own a gun and maybe get some jail time depending on his criminal history.

Not real smart getting a mob together to confront someone who hasn't done anything to you. If gun owners are as dangerous as you libtardz claim, you're likely to get shot and buried in the woods. I suggest you mind your own business.

There are HUNDREDS on MILLIONS of guns in the US.

Do some damn math !!!

If gun owners were REALLY the prob. EVERY ONE OF you pussy ass worthless hoplophobes would be DEAD !!!!

Grow the fuck up !!!!

You should introduce yourself to the neighbor and go to the gun range with him.Learn something useful in YOUR LIFE instead of being a keyboard snowflake !!!

THE GOVT HAS ZERO OBLIGATION TO PROTECT YOU ! You HAVE to do it yourself, or you can just be a whiny ass victim !!!!

Citizens with concealed carry permits have a LOWER crime rate than Police Officers according to the FBI ! GOOGLE IT !!!

If he's a democrat there's no doubt he will kill people.

If he's an American, be glad he's your neighbor and defending your freedom.

Brandishing is a misdemeanor in Virginia which does not carry loss of second amendment rights. Even if you could goad this poor man into brandishing he would not lose his guns and jail time is unlikely since gun owners are less likely to have a criminal history than libtards

Once we get the "Red Flag Laws"implemented, we can have the firearms removed because the owner of any gun is a danger to himself or others.

I suggest you wait, stay away from the asshole, and turn him in after Gov. Northam signs the bill.

With over four hundred million guns privately owned in the US, and over eight billion rounds of ammunition, we all live near at least one person with a gun.

Live with it.

Everybody else does.

Unless the neighbors are Democrats and the gun owner is Republican

Then anything the neighbor says about a Republican must be taken with great suspicion and positive proof must be demonstrated by clear evidence with police witnesses, dozens of them

From what I have read about Virginia's new red flag laws is that it not required to provide evidence to start the confiscation process. A concerned citizen contacts law enforcement, explains the concern, firearms are removed by law enforcement on the spot.

Firearms will only be returned after the person of concern can show proof they no longer are a menace to the community. Usually the process takes about 12 to 15 months.

There needs to be a judicial hearing at the states expense if there is no LEO evidence just a "concerned citizen" reports and the accused must have the express right to sue the accuser . If LEOs remove any guns that hearing must be immediate within 5 days before a judge with no evidence just he said this he said that or was yelling at someone once or twice if the neighbor is an asshole

How about closing the southern border Democrats and stopping illegal drugs and criminals and illegals from coming into America

SB64 is truly insidious. if passed we would probably see thousands of armed Virginans openly assembled in Richmond defying the provisions of the bill. Theyre making open carry protest a fucking FELONY this is going to be a true civil war. I think the turnouts at city council meetings are enough to make any politician with a brain shit his pants but brainless grandpa ralph thinks that we will settle for denying our children the right to purchase an ar15 in exchange for "being allowed to" register the ones we have. grandfather your ass dr coonman cause im coming for it!

It's been my observation that the fat woman are mainly with the gun owners. I'm guessing the gun owners can only get fatties because no hot normal women want to deal with their drunk redneck 4x4 asses.

If you think he has a gun. Storm the house, don't knock or ring bell; just break through the door yelling and screaming. If he has a gun you'll be able to prove it pretty quickly. If he has one call 911.

Key word is "brandishing" - already a misdemeanor but this bill seeks to increase the penalty to a felony if you brandish during a protest. Since I have never seen a single occurrence of brandishing at any gun rallies in Virginia I don't anticipate a single conviction, though they will certainly try to conflate "open carry" with "brandishing" then lose miserably in court and settle for millions with the falsely arrested open carrier.

What a redundant piece of tyrannical bullshit!
