Dr. Soloman Shah's lawsuit

I just ran into a story on the Washington Post about an GI doctor named Soloman Shah and some malpractice suit against him..... and I simply cannot believe he is actually still practicing. I took my curiosity and looked further and how the hell has he not lost his license to practice?! Does anybody know anything about this and can explain? And then I look up more reviews of him online and apparently he's married to some woman who is completely using him and his money and has boyfriends on the side. Who is this guy and what's his story? I have to agree with the reviewers and say that I cannot put my life in the hands of a doctor who not only makes fun of his patients and their manlihood, while he cannot seem to handle his own manlihood at home himself. Maybe he's gay, to tolerate a woman like this. But come to think of it, gay or not....why would he allow a woman to take advantage of him that way? Be a man! Have some self respect for yourself mate! And stop ridiculing male patients while they are under anesthesia! Horrible! Knowing there are people like Dr. & Mrs. Shah in this area makes me want to move away from this wretched area.

I am a patient and think he’s great. If you feel this way, then don’t worry about it and don’t see him. There are plenty of other doctors.

I think you miss OP's point. It's obvious OP questions Dr. Shah's ethics and character in and out of the office and is wondering how he still has a license to practice medicine. And his tolerance of his wife's philandering.
