So he got his license suspended in 2018, was caught driving in Feb 2019 and again in Sept 2019 along with reckless driving. I guess the great thing about having your license suspended is that you never really have to stop driving, since all they do is give you more tickets and keep setting you loose to drive some more - but more drunk next time - and through construction zones - and over top of beaners.

ARLINGTON COUNTY, Va. (WJLA) — Eight people were hospitalized after a suspected drunk driver hit a group of crew workers on I-66 shortly after midnight on December 5.
The driver of the SUV, Kevin L. Blyther, 44, of Centreville, Va., has been charged with driving while intoxicated, one felony count for failure to stop at the scene of a crash involving an injury and one count of driving on a suspended/revoked license.

Blyther was reportedly driving a GMC Yukon with two passengers and was traveling on the westbound lanes when the vehicle hit crew workers in a work zone at N. Quincy St near exit 72 in Arlington County. The two passengers who were in the vehicle allegedly tried to flee the scene after the workers were hit, but authorities were able to catch them.
Six of the eight people hospitalized were crew workers. Two were in the SUV that crashed into them.
The SUV swerved into the active Work Zone and struck six highway construction workers. The vehicle continued off the right side of the I-66 and crashed into a light pole, Virginia State Police say.
Four of the highway workers are still being treated at Fairfax Inova for serious, but non-life threatening, injuries. Two other highway workers and the two male GMC passengers were transported to George Washington University Hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
Blyther is being held at the Arlington County Adult Detention Center.

Good to hear the workers should recover. A thankless, dirty dangerous job in the middle of the night. I am surprised there is not more of this. I try to slow down in the construction zones but I see other drivers zipping right through.

Authorities arrested a 41-year-old man after a barricade situation Monday night that ended safely in Fairfax County.
Kevin Lamont Blyther at first refused to follow orders to surrender and was taken into custody around 9:15 p.m., Fairfax County Police said. He was taken to a hospital and then was expected to be taken to a jail. He faces warrants for domestic assault, abduction and strangulation.
Police said Blyther was involved in a long standoff that happened Monday in the 14500 block of Golden Oak Road in Centreville. It started as a domestic assault and a woman was treated for minor injuries at the scene, police said.
She and others in the house left safely, but Blyther refused to come out, according to police. The area was surrounded by law enforcement for about six hours.
Finally, police confronted Blyther. It was not clear how he was related to those inside the home.

People think this is some great exception, but many would be surprised how many niggers just live their entire lives like this. He's got dozens and dozens of arrests across the DC metro area over the last few decades.
