It's true, I was also placed in this program for 3-4 years, primarily was done via electronic harassment and tapping / bugging of my computers and devices, recieved text changes and threats despite autocorrect being turned off on my devices. Local cops tend to target marginalized groups of people such as homeless and addicts using stingrays. Anyways, they will attempt to convince you it is your friends people you know who are also on their list of targets in an attempt to try to get you as a target to contact FCPD. Don't fall for it. It's the police that are behind this, not the fed. If it was the fed it would actually be covert and you wouldn't experience the harassment / changes to text / etc. I was lured out to a location and followed by FCPD once while being gangstalked. Just beware.

check your phones sim card and write down its numbers somewhere if you ever feel like you have lost your phone and then it re appears, check the sim card to make sure it hasnt been replaced.

they dont just stalk you in the physical world they use the cell phone you carry to listen in to you and monitor your movements.

when they come to erase you they will use your phone deep fake your voice fake a crime and have the local inept police pick you up for them. while you are in custody they use specific tatics to make sure you dont go to a court.
