Deportation laws

How long would you have to be held in jail before they deport you? My cousin has been sitting in jail waiting to be deported for 6 months now and officials aren't telling us when he'd be sent back. We even offered to pay for all expenses for his return back home. The retards at homeland security didn't even know he was waiting to be sent home. We called the immigration center, and this "supervisor" put us on hold and forgot about us.

Yeah, hurry up and send him back. The longer he sits in jail, the more money taxpayers have to pay.
Of course he will be back in the states in a matter of months, committing more crimes

He's not planning on coming back here after how the US treated him like a common criminal. This man holds a Masters Degree and was only cought up in a petty domestic dispute. They've treated him worse than serial killers. This is after his wife said she wouldn't press any charges. What kinda justice is this?

This sounds like something you need to talk to a lawyer about, not asking a bunch of people on a message board. You might as well ask your question on Yahoo answers or 4chan.

So lets get this straight.. He is in the country illegally. He smacked his wife around and now he is in jail. Well lets see, Masters Degree or not, he is a common criminal.

Forgive the US for having laws in place that help protect our women when they are being abused, weather they want to press charges or not. Forgive us for having laws that dont allow illegal ailens in our country.

He's not planning on coming back my ass. I don't believe that for one second.

I see ya. Hope your right and he don't come back. We don't want him anyway.

Domestic dispute sounds like he hit his wife, and illegal immigrant sounds like he should not be here. both of those are very common crimes which makes your cousin a common criminal, and its not only up to his wife to press charges if the government has reason to believe your a pussy ass woman beater and an illegal immigrant your probably looking at a good amount of jail time before your sent back. Also sounds like this "wife" could of been a ploy to get citizenship

I knoe people that have stayed 15 days before taking the plane for deportation.
I think it has to do how soon theey get a full load. So if the bus takes 20 convicts. They have to gather 20 dumb asses to wherever the airline may have a contract. May be Georgia. After that they have to get a full load at the airplane charter?
Could be 30 individuals ?
This guy that knew got deported 2 consecutive times and he would take the next plane in less than a week. He was next to people that were there for 67 to 7 months.
