WASH DC HAS BECOME A ROAD TO OBAMA, niggers are taking over federal contracts, parks spend millions and never get worked on. the "park service" that do repairs is all blacks illegal aliens sucking money out of Congress for phony work
(ie, for 30 years most decorative water fountains in DC never worked - though hundreds of thousands or untold more were given by Congress to make them work)

(NOTE: elevators are supposed to be inspected and tested before they are opened, there is really no excuse: they didn't do the f'ing work but they billed for it)
