Any ambulance chasers or public pretenders care to weigh in on the viability of such litigation? It's very clear that the Confederate grey IS in fact a decades old racial intimidation tactic - the patch proves it. What would filling such a lawsuit entail? Would this be a class action suit requiring hundreds of offended niggers? Can one person file independently? would I even have to be black to sue these neo-confederate jack-booted thugs? Inquiring minds need to know!

No it's really true. they selected gray in solidarity with their Confederate ancestors. Remember just 60 years ago FCPD was responsible for enforcing Jim Crow laws, the uniform is indeed a relic of those days although most don't realize it. A retired FCPD officer told me this and the Fairfax city patch backs up what he said

Can someone provide written evidence of this? I know it's probably not online but maybe an old news article or interview for back in the day. I am inclined to believe that the Confederate gray is in fact a racial intimidation tactic but without evidence any litigation would be fruitless
