2:30am 11/3/19 propeller airplane noise

Woke up at 2:30 am because of a small propeller airplane flying overhead in Fairfax Greenbriar area. How is that possible or legal?

I heard the noise too.

Fairfax County has noise laws, but it may not apply to police helicopter at 2:30 am.

Contact the police anytime helicopter noise is bothering you.

Seems like you should file a police lawsuit for invasion of your privacy. They were probably in the sky searching your property with their electronic eyes without a warrant. Plus they woke you up?! You were deprived of a peaceful night of nonstop sleep in your own home. That’s unconstitutional!

At what point did the OP say anything about a helicopter? He said "propeller airplane".
