You could try Niggatown, but the availability is slim there. Give Niggaville a try but make sure the house comes with bars on the windowns. Just make sure you don't buy anything in Julioville - you'll never get your money back out of it.

I used to live in Oakland before moving to Fairfax. Spottswood has some decent, affordable properties, but it’s mainly singles and young married couples. Hounslow is good too, affordable and lots of amenities. Also I made all of that up you idiot fuck, why are you asking about Oakland on a Fairfax site?

Hey pal, you better search on the forums for different opinions to see what people are saying about their neighborhoods and just after that take the decision. For example I was looking a lot for neighborhood review in Oakland a lot, it took me several days, and finally, I took the decision to move in piedmont. Now I and my family are living here and we are feeling really good here like this place is for us. So my advice is to look more on the internet for an answer.
