Fancy Dancer Bar

Does anyone remember the Fancy Dancer strip joint on Rt 1 in the 1980's? I knew it to be a redneck joint with a lot of fights. There was a girl, Roni Hepworth, who was killed after leaving there one night in 1982. She was found near Gilbert's Corner off RT 50 in Lowdon County.

I didn't know Roni but it's sad she was killed after partying at the Fancy Dancer. I heard she was there for a birthday party with some friends. I know a bunch of us at the Fancy Dancer also hung out at the Wild West Club in Springfield back in the day. I think they were owned by the same person.

I hung out at the Wild West sometimes. Roni was a friend and her killer needs to be caught and fried. Roni hung out with our Redneck crew. At least one bad boy,Wolfe,is dead and gone.
